SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Casedq fulfills orders from within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages

Casedq is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@casedq.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
